Had my eye on these
Had my eye on these for a while & finally purchased! I was very pleasantly surprised to see the fabric isn’t as transparent as I thought it would be! I tried on a variety of undergarments with them and you couldn’t even make out the pattern through the pants fabric! I feel much better wearing these to an event knowing that everyone won’t be able to see right through the pants I’m wearing. Will definitely be purchasing more. Can’t wait til there are brown pants for angoleiros! I bought a medium & were true to the recommended size chart. I am 5'2 for length reference.

Are these pants see-through?
This is a common concern with white abadas! We specifically chose a thicker, high-quality material so you can feel comfortable moving, kicking, and training, knowing that your Abadas are not see-through.
Can I wear my cordão (cord) with these pants?
Yes, absolutely! These Abadas are designed to be a superior alternative to ill-fitting uniforms. You can wear your cordão with them comfortably. They are also stylish enough for street rodas or casual training.
My Mestre says these are not "traditional" Abadas.
The "traditional" style is often just a specific style from the 60s/70s, not anything connected to the origin of the art. We believe in evolving to improve the student's experience. While we don't advise defying your group's uniform policy, we hope these pants offer a better training option.

Are these pants unisex?
Yes! Our Abada Joggers are designed to look great on all body types. They are worn and loved by both men and women across the Capoeira community.
How do I wash and care for my Abada Joggers?
IMPORTANT: Do not use bleach on these Abadas! Bleach will react with the material and leave permanent yellow stains. Otherwise, you can wash and dry them just like any other athletic pants or high-performance gear.
