Shipping Information

We strive to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location for standard ground shipping

• Domestic (USA): 4-7 business days
• International: 7-21 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.
• Items must be in the original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

How to Initiate a Return:

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., different size), send us an email at dendearts@gmail.com.
