Am I fit enough for Capoeira!?

Flexibility


If you're not flexible, then you're just like me when I started. I couldn't even sit upright with my legs in front of me without falling back. If you're as stiff as a board, then you have the most to gain!

Strength


Useful strength. If you already go to the gym, awesome! Weight training is great for general strength. Capoeira will give you specific strength. Meaning your kicks will be harder, and your movement will be explosive.

Coordination/Rythm


You might not know that rythm and coordination is like a muscle. You need to work it out for it to get stronger. Every class will challenge your proprioception and improve your ability to move fluidly

At various parts of the class we present movements with levels of difficulty to meet your physical abilities. We challenge you every class by placing you right outside of your comfort zone.

Lessons presented to students are given with the goal of crafting amazing future Capoeiristas. We want you to move without restrictions of any kind! Classes follow a logical format and cater to the needs of the students present.
